Exchange Policy

Please familiarize yourself with our exchange policy:

Exchange Requests: Kindly file your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Acceptable Exchange Cases:

Wrong Product: If an incorrect item is delivered to you.

Damaged Product: In the unfortunate event that the product you receive is damaged.

Proof Requirements: To process an exchange, we request you to provide an unboxing video clearly displaying the issue. The product should be unworn, with all tags securely attached.

No Returns, Only Exchanges: Please note, we currently do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges for the above-mentioned cases are our sole form of resolution.

Additional Shipping Charges: For approved exchanges, a new product will be dispatched to you within 7-8 days. However, we kindly ask our customers to cover the extra shipping charges incurred during this process.

No Cash on Delivery (COD) Transactions

Please be aware that we do not facilitate Cash on Delivery transactions. All orders must be paid for online at the time of purchase.
